At Vivid Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
How to Start a Return
Use our returns portal to initiate your return. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process. In special circumstances, we may grant an extension — just get in touch.
What Can Be Returned
- Faulty, defective or damaged items
- Non-faulty items in brand new, unworn condition (tried on only) with original packaging, swing tags, and plastic wrapping
- Exchanges for another size or colour
Please note:
- No returns on discontinued items — please choose carefully.
- Returns must be in original packaging and saleable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent:
- We’ll cover the return shipping and provide a return label if required.
- You may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Please provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Non-faulty returns: Return shipping is your responsibility. Use any mail or courier service.
- Restocking fee: A $10 fee applies to all non-faulty returns.
- Faulty returns: We cover shipping and will supply a return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (minus restocking fees).
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Important Notes
We keep our prices low by not building return costs into our products. That’s why shipping and restocking fees apply to most returns.
“Change of mind” returns do not qualify for a refund under consumer guarantees.
