What are your shipping options and costs?
Flat-rate $19.95 shipping on most small orders. Free shipping on orders over $299. Dispatched within 7 business days via Australia Post/StarTrack; transit times vary.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
Yes. Bisley Direct shipping is available: $49.95 for small orders, and $19.95 after $500. Not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No — we only deliver to physical street addresses via Australia Post or StarTrack.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes! Return faulty items or unworn garments with tags within 7 days of delivery via our Returns portal. Discontinued items cannot be returned.
What costs are involved in returns?
- Faulty items: we cover return shipping and provide a label.
- Change-of-mind returns: you pay return postage plus a $10 restocking fee.
Do you offer store credit on returns and exchanges?
Yes, we encourage store credit and are offering an extra $10 of store credit to those who choose it.
This store credit works just like a gift voucher and can be used at checkout to pay for your next order.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds (minus any restocking fee) will be processed within 5 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect items upon delivery. If they’re damaged or wrong, contact us immediately—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long until I receive my order?
- Dispatch: within 7 business days
- Delivery: metro ~1–2 days; remote may take longer
Can I split shipping addresses?
Online orders ship to one address only. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders or contact us (extra fees may apply).
