Application $9.90 per garment.
Expected turnaround time to apply logos up to 3 1/2 weeks when goods are in stock.
To get embroidery, write the word EMB in the notes in the Shopping Cart.
Then our team will contact you to start the logo process once we receive your order.

At Vivid Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help!
How to Start a Return
Please use our returns portal to initiate your return. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process. In special circumstances, we may grant an extension — just get in touch with us.
What Can Be Returned
- Faulty, defective or damaged items
- Non-faulty items in brand new, unworn condition (tried on only) with original packaging, swing tags, and plastic wrapping
- Exchanges for another size or colour
Please note:
- No returns on discontinued items — please choose carefully.
- Returns must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent:
- We’ll cover the return shipping.
- You may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Please provide photographic evidence of faults (e.g., fabric flaws, broken zips). For sizing issues, include a photo of the garment next to a tape measure to compare with Bisley’s size chart.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Non-faulty returns: Return postage is your responsibility. You can use any mail or courier service.
- Restocking fee: A $10 fee applies for non-faulty returns
- Faulty items: We cover return postage and will provide a return label where required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
- We’ll notify you of approval.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (minus restocking fees if applicable) within 5 business days.
- Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Additional Notes
Our pricing is designed to deliver great value — we don’t build return costs into our prices, which is why return shipping and restocking fees apply in most cases.
If you simply change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you don’t like it, this does not qualify for a refund under consumer guarantees.

Shipping Information
We have flat rate $19.95 shipping on small orders under $299 and Free Shipping on orders over $300.
For those who need their orders despatched immediately, Bisley can ship directly to you, but they do charge for this service.
Bisley Direct Shipping is $49.95 for small orders under $499 and free for orders over $500.
Bisley Direct Shipping can not be sent to a PO Box, Private Mail Bag or Parcel Locker.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be given the choice to wait or be issued a full refund.

Stock Availability & Backorders
We backorder any out-of-stock items, to give you priority dispatch when the item comes in.
The main reason we would continue to offer products that may be temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, is that when you place your order, this puts you at the top of the list for this stock when it does become available. This is especially important for people who have an ongoing uniform that they need to replenish.
