We can apply embroidered logos to the LHS chest of your work shirts and jackets.
Minimum order 50 garments.
Application $9.90 per garment.
Expected turnaround time to apply logos up to 3 1/2 weeks when goods are in stock.
To get embroidery, write the word EMB in the notes in the Shopping Cart.
Then our team will contact you to start the logo process once we receive your order.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us about any products you might want to return. If you end up with some products that you need to return, we are happy to help you find a solution. Only brand new, unworn (tried on only) garments in their original saleable condition, which includes swing tags and plastic packaging, will be eligible for refund.
We are well aware of Australian Consumer Law and the consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent products.
Consumers are not entitled to a refund under the consumer guarantees if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
You've probably bought from us in the first place because we were the cheapest. We strive to deliver products to you as quickly and cheaply as possible, but this means that we don't build in return and recovery costs to our pricing.
Faulty Returns can be sent back to us at no expense to you
If what you've been sent has a manufacturing fault, fabric flaw, broken zip etc, we'll need photographic evidence. Incorrectly sized or labelled items also fall into this category. Please take a photo of the garment next to a tape measure if you believe that it does not match Bisley's size chart.
All [non-faulty] returns will be charged a $25 re-stocking fee.
Bisley charge us $25 to return anything to their warehouse. Unfortunately, we have to pass this on to customers who are returning goods.
Return postage for [non-faulty] returns is your responsibility
After you have lodged your return application, we'll let you know where to send the returned goods. It's up to you to send the goods back to either Vivid Workwear or Bisley.
Return Process
You have 7 days to begin the return process - starting from the date your goods are delivered.
You can start a return by using the form on our Contact Us page. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the restocking fee [if applicable]. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking Fees
If your order requires a restocking fee, it will be deducted from you refund. In the case where your return is less than $25, we can send you an invoice to pay Bisley's fee, however, we'd strongly recommend donating or finding a another home for this item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Incorrectly picked items
Please contact us if the item we shipped is not what you ordered so we can send you the replacement ASAP
Damaged in transit
Sometimes goods are damaged during transport
Please contact us if this happens so we can send you a replacement.

We can not ship to a PO Box or parcel locker.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be given the choice to wait or be issued a full refund.

Stock Availability & Backorders
We backorder any out-of-stock items, to give you priority dispatch when the item comes in.
The main reason we would continue to offer products that may be temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, is that when you place your order, this puts you at the top of the list for this stock when it does become available. This is especially important for people who have an ongoing uniform that they need to replenish.
